This first half of the year is the busiest time for claims processing at the Fund. We love hearing from our members, however the time it takes to answer your calls on the status of your claims is time taken away from actually processing them. So please be patient with the time it takes to receive your reimbursement checks for your Prescription Co-Pays and Tax Preparation Claims and provide our Claims Examiners with 6 – 8 weeks to fully process your payment.
